从接受理论视角研究电影片名翻译

内容摘要

电U影名称的翻译是一项重要而且有创造性的工作。一个成功的译名对于宣传一部新电影以及这部电影的大卖至关重要。在过去的二十或是三十年,电影明的翻译取得理飞速的发展。然而,作为翻译中特殊而又重要的一部分,电影名的翻译远没有得到允分的开发。国内外很少有专题文章讨论这个主题。并且至今没有人捉出一套系统适用的原则来指导电影名称的翻译。接受理论是一门新发展的学科,它提供给我们处理电影名和观众关系一个新的视角。最近几年,随着读者接受理论的发展,读者在翻译研究和实验中的角色从被动接受转变为主动接收,甚至开始成为翻译作品质量的评委。也就是说,以名译者应该优先考虑读者是否接受,动笔翻译之前充分考虑潜在的读者。这篇论文着重从接受理论的视角研究电影名称的翻译,目的社研究出一套系统适用的原则来指导电影名称的翻译,从而帮助大陆,香港和台湾电影名的统在读者接受理论的指导下,这篇论文运用定性方法研究电影名称的翻译。通过分析电影名称翻译研究,本论文试图发掘电影名称和其观众的新视角。读者接受理论颠覆了传统的翮译理论,将翻译重点从作者和文本转移到文本和读者的关系上
