内容摘要
企业社会责任是一个重要概念,使得企业更好的服务于社会和环境。大部分关于企业社会责任的定义,是在自愿的基础上,公司将社会和环境问题纳入企业经营活动以及与相关利益者联系之中。总之,企业社会责任需要靠公司的经济、法律、道德以及慈善责任的同时履行。从务实和管理层面来说,企业的社会责任应努力使公司获利、守法、有道德,做一个优秀的企业公民。为了衡量企业的社会责任,可以使用虚拟变量,或KLD定性分析社会表现,或公共企业社会责任指标。为了决定上市公司社会责任的参数和合法性,我们需要区分三种不同类型的企业社会责任:伦理性社会责任、利他性社会责任、战略性社会责任。社会责任的重要性在于它与企业的经济、财务和企业绩效呈正相关性。然而,全球治理以及贸易、投资和可持续发展的相互关系是企业责任辩论的关键性问题。近年来,不仅发达国家,而且发展中国家也在努力强调和发展社会责任,特别是阿拉伯国家,通过阿拉伯议会呼吁社会责任理念在阿拉伯国家的主导作用,并且强调阿拉伯社会指数的重要性,不同的阿拉伯国家都以此为目标,因为激活这个概念对于实现可持续发展很重要,很有效。并且,本文还要寻求阻碍国家间社会责任理念传播的原因,以便制定计划并支持企业社会责任的全球化。
