词块教学在中职英语词汇教学中的应用

内容摘要

对中国的学生和老师来说词汇的教与学是一件既费时但又非常重要的事,并且至今仍然是一大难题。即使他们已做大量的努力,但是结果并不理想。这种现象在中职学校尤其突出。他们总是抱怨学英语词汇太难。为了帮助他们更快更容易地学习英语词汇,这就需要一种创新的方法来帮助他们解决问题。自从上世纪初在语言领域研究者和教育者就已经对词块进行研究,认为词块教学在词汇的学习过程中是一种切实可行的办法。越来越多的语言学家、教师和学习者开始把词块看作是语言学习成功的一个重要因素,把词块看作是话语连贯性的重要基石,把词块看作是成功使用语言的显著特征。本研究在于描述如何在中职英语词汇教学中运用词块教学。本文以词块理论为指导,对这一理论应用到中职英语词汇教学实践中的效果进行研究。在对目前词汇教学的现状进行分析的基础上,将“词块法”这一词汇教学中的词汇学习法介绍给学生,目的是希望这个方法能帮助学生在词汇学习中形成词块意识,帮助学生提高词汇学习效率,从而促进学生的英语学习。一系列的研究发现使用词块法是确实可行的。结果表明在中职英语词汇教学中运用词块教学是正确的。
