坦桑尼亚企业绩效评价研究-以Bakhressa集团公司为例

内容摘要

大多数发展中国家应对经济挑战的能力在很大程度上取决于该国家中小企业的发展程度。在坦桑尼亚，中小企业的发展面临着多方约束，削弱了他们在本地及国际市场上的竞争力。本文研究的主要目的在于分析坦桑尼亚企业竞争力的制约因素以及显著影响企业绩效评价的主要因素，同时协助企业完善日常绩效的评价体系。本文讨论了诸多用以调查研究企业绩效的方法，将企业在进行业绩评价时需考虑的财务与非财务因素相结合，同时探讨了他们各自的优缺点。此外，本文以坦桑尼亚一家知名公司为例，运用各项财务比率分析对其进行业绩评价。尽管本文所分析的企业的业绩表现良好，在运营方面极具潜力，但是本文研究结果表明，坦桑尼亚在影响中小企业进行业绩评价方面仍需付出更多的努力。另一方面，由于坦桑尼亚经济状况、基础设施建设以及科技实力仍有待改善，坦桑尼亚的政府部门在影响中小企业绩效上扮演着重要角色。因此，政府与公司需携手合作，寻求改善企业业绩的有效途径，从而增强企业的国际竞争力。
