超常规搭配修辞格的动态分析及汉译技巧

内容摘要

超常规搭配指的是一种特殊的词与词同时出现的语言现象。它因其复杂性而引起了自波齐格以来的许多语言学家的注意。早在20世纪30年代,波齐格就呼吁学术界对词汇组合关系的重要性予以足够重视并开展深入研究。既然超常规搭配主要是因为语义搭配偏离了日常语言的规范而引起,那么它也就与一些特殊的修辞格密切地联系在了一起。在理解超常规搭配修辞格的过程中,需要分析词与词之间在搭配上的语义关系以便清楚地了解它们的成因。在翻译过程中,因英语与汉语分属不同的语系而各具特点,必须就其搭配进行对比。鉴于对超常规搭配修辞格的理解与翻译有着紧密的联系,本文主要阐述和探讨以下三个方面的问题:发现超常规搭配与修辞格之间的联系并探寻超常规搭配修辞格的成因及依据;进行超常规搭配修辞格的分类并分析其语义和语法特点;从汉英语的共性与个性及语言习惯出发,提出相应的翻译技巧。此外,本文最后一章专门讨论了英汉在搭配范围上的差异并提出了相应的翻译对策,力求对两种语言的搭配差异进行更深入的研究以便提高汉语译文的质量。本文旨在探讨超常规搭配的语义基础以及超常规搭配修辞格研究在语义理解和英汉翻译中所具有的实际意义。希望对英语超常规搭配修辞格进行一次探索性研究,通过这种研究能对修辞格的研究起到积极的推动作用,并能为英汉修辞教学与翻译提出行之有效的办法。
