Tradition and life are the source of chinese landscape paintings. To the rules of tradition, we have the right to choose or not choose to obey. But if we don’ t choose, what we can reach can never surpass the predecessor. That’ s why earring formard good tradition is the base of creation.Life, undoubtealy, the source of any Art . To read the nature is the premise of innovation.Tradition and life are objective existence, but the landscape formad in the mind of lanelscape artist, is the combiation of all information and inner accomplishmaent of the artists. These elements which make up the, image in the maind of these artists exist and connected in a whole. To study the process of painting form what we see to what get in mind, make our work much easier.According to the deliplines of learning, the deliplines of chinese landscape painting development, the essence of landscape paintings, the article is focused to analyze how we learn and what is the key points we should learn and what relationships of these two problems.
