学校规训话语的批判人种志研究

内容摘要

这项人种志研究批判性地探究了我们习以为常的学校纪律以及学校规训的权力机制对学生主体性地位构建的影响。借鉴福柯圆形监狱、权力／知识、规训、驯服的肉体和主体性等观点,作者对学校建筑、学校文件和学生的作文等学校规训话语进行了分析。本研究提出了三个研究问题：1)学校有什么规训话语?2)学校规训话语是如何改变学生思想,构建学生主体性的?3)学校规训权力机制是如何运作继而构建学生的主体性的?通过对学校日常生活的描述,我们能够感受到规训权力无所不在,对每个人有深刻影响。通过从不同角度对学校文件和学生作文进行分析,我们能够更好地理解学校规训和规训权力机制。本研究发现学生的身体和心灵确实被日复一日的规则和程序化行为控制,成为驯服的个体。以福柯思想作为理论基点,这篇论文试图为我们理解学校教育提供了一个新的视角,能够帮助教育者更好地理解标准化课程、标准化考试、标准化教学和操控性班级管理的不良后果。
