内容摘要

“企业资源计划”(ERP)是先进的集成管理信息系统,有利于企业改造业务流程,优化物流、资金流及信息流的配置,实现企业最大投资回报。然而,ERP软件在中国等亚洲国家的应用情况并不尽如人意。这在一定程度上是由于ERP系统的管理理念产生、发展于市场经济成熟的美、德等发达国家,内含着欧美国家的文化价值观念及组织管理理念,因此在向文化差异较大的国家进行技术转移过程中,其应用必然要经历一个跨国别文化与跨组织文化的双重文化交流过程。本文从技术应用的软视角出发,结合荷兰学者Hofstede的经典文化维度及ERP系统自身的特点,从组织结构,信息流通模式,及业务运作惯例三方面系统地比较了ERP内含理念与中国组织文化的差异,并通过一手及二手的深度案例分析举证中国组织文化对ERP系统实施在以上三方面的影响,揭示了所谓“标准化”管理软件的困境,强调文化因素在技术转移应用中的重要性。论文尝试将跨文化交际学知识应用于商业管理软件实施的研究领域,一定程度上体现了跨文化交际学的学科渗透力与价值,其文化视角对开放经济背景下的技术引进与应用研究有较普遍的借鉴意义,研究成果对ERP在中国的顺利实施也将有一定的参考意义。
