合作学习在中学英语教学中的运用

内容摘要

合作学习是以现代社会心理学、教育社会学、认知心理学、现代教育技术等为理论基础，充分利用课堂中的动态因素，以小组活动为基本教学形式，小组成员通过协商、探讨，共同完成教师布置的任务；教师以小组成绩为评价依据，共同完成教学目标的一系列教学活动或策略。本文着重探讨如何在中学英语教学中有效地开展合作学习活动，来调动学生学习英语的积极性，全面提高学生的学业成绩，特别是提高他们的英语运用能力；同时在英语教学中培养学生团结协作，勇于进取，善于交际的良好品质。本文以小组互动理论，发展理论，建构主义学习理论，二语习得理论为指导，吸取国内外合作学习研究成果，以《中学英语教学大纲》及《课程标准》为依据，并结合我国教育教学的实际情况和笔者具体的英语教学实践，试图走从实践-理论-实践的探讨之路来研究中学英语教学中开展合作学习活动的种种教学方法。本文从以下几个方面对中学英语合作学习教学方法进行了具体分类探讨：1)根据单元教学内容分为：对话合作学习和课文合作学习；2)根据活动所采用的方式分为：游戏式，角色扮演式，问答式，复述．陈述式，图表式和讨论式或辩论式；3)根据听说读写四个阶段分为：听说合作学习，阅读合作学习，写作合作学习和读-写一体化合作学习；4)两种课外合作学习活动：英语角和研究性学习。在运用这些教学方法进行英语教学时，教师应把握好以下三个方面的策略：1)实施合作学习的具体策略：如何分组，如何设计，如何操作，如何总结；2)关系处理策略，处理好以下几对关系：教师与学生，形式与目标，流利度与准确性，个人学习、竞争学习与合作学习；3)评价策略，英语教学评价应采取形成性评价与终结性评价相结合。合作学习为形成性评价的实施创造了条件；合作学习也只有采用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的评价方式才能客观准确的体现出其优越性．合作学习在中学英语教学中的运用能让学生在相互交际中学英语、练英语，既能激发学生的学习热情，活跃课堂气氛，为语言学习创造轻松、自然、较为真实的语言环境，从而提高学生的语言能力和语言运用能力，又能训练学生的英语思维，还能培养他们积极主动、团结协作和善于交际的优良品质。
